At The Linen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless the wrong item is delivered:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued:

  • After the returned product is received and inspected

  • Within 3–7 working days

  • Through the original payment method or in the form of store credit, as per customer preference

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • A different product of equal value

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns can be requested after delivery.
